In the rare case of any cancellations initiated by AOT Soccer for your booked session, you will be contacted by Chris to join any other upcoming session of equal value with available slots, per your availability. Immediately, Chris will contact each attendee via text to coordinate the rescheduling.

*Chris is committed to ensuring everyone has a positive experience and aims for 100% satisfaction. Therefore, a 100% refund can be provided due to any cancellations initiated by AOT Soccer.

Refund Policy and Process for Client Cancellations:

- Suppose you decide to cancel a purchased session. In that case, you'll receive a partial refund, which deducts a 2.8% + $0.30 processing fee, provided that AOT Soccer receives your cancellation request via email or text at chris@aotsoccer.com or (803) 307-3350 at least 3 days before the scheduled session.

• For a $40 clinic session, the refund would be $38.58 if canceled on a Thursday before a Sunday session

- If you paid for multiple sessions at once and canceled all those sessions at least 3 days before the first scheduled session, the deducted processing fee only applies to the total amount paid (one fee), not to each session individually.

• For two clinics totaling $80, your refund would be $77.46

- Unfortunately, if a cancellation request is made less than 3 days before the scheduled session, a refund cannot be processed due to that spot being held from another attendee. However, Chris is willing to work with you and move to another session if spots are available. 

- No-shows will not be refunded, nor moved to another session.
